Our typical partner is a demanding customer who wants a highly reliable, specialized system
which is expected to provide high-quality services to their clients (e.g., e-banking) and/or other
functions for their own use (e.g., internal company communication).
Our objective is to flexibly respond to each customer's requirements and to also
accommodate their ideas in the method of implementation of the desired solution. With customers who
have a specific vision of the technical solution, we strive to realize the vision. On the other
hand, we assist customers who do not have such a vision (especially in the initial stage of a
project) by providing consulting services and a proposal for the solution.
According to the nature of the requirement, we either choose a solution based on the
application of a universal system that we parametrize to meet the customer's requirements, or
develop a completely new, custom-made system. Our custom product development is supported by our
broad background of proprietary technologies, such as a database server, cluster server, our own
programming language and development tools, specialized hardware, etc.
Prospective areas of custom development appear especially to be the development of
information systems targeted at the support of sales of selected products, loyalty systems, and
other systems. Custom-made systems can be funcionally related to OfficeLine, or they can also be
completely independent products.
During custom development, we always maintain the company's philosophy stressing not
only the maximum universality of the solution with respect to the customer's possible future
needs, changes in marketing strategies, or openness to future trends, but also the security of the
solution. We can ensure security thanks to our standard know-how as well as to our overall
self-sufficiency. The reliability we have proven during the solution of many tasks is a matter of
course.
Quality is ensured by using time-tested control and production methods which allow the
maximum use of the knowledge we have gained through analysis of the customer's requirements
and needs when seeking optimal solutions.
