OfficeLine ACM is used to efficiently manage a client database in installations where such databases are often modified to a large extent. It includes toos for the optimization of processes that are regularly performed in connection with the creation of new clients (OfficeLine users) or the modification of current client data and for monitoring the usage of a service by clients.
OfficeLine ACM allows to centralize the agenda of clients that are provided with OfficeLine services from several branches.

Principle of ACM Module Operation

New records of clients, their accounts, etc. are read from an import file. During the client record reading, the clients may be selectively provided with access to their contracted OfficeLine services. The reading of new client records can be performed automatically according to a schedule.
Further to the import on new clients, the data that have to be entered to protect the usage of the contracted services may be automatically generated for the clients. The data then can be printed on a dot-matrix printer onto special security envelopes (so-called "mailers") and sent to the clients by mail.
The import of difference files can provide automatic updates of client records and related records (such as when a client's address changes).
OfficeLine ACM allows to print summaries surveying the usage of services (lists of newly entered clients, summaries of active or blocked clients, etc.) The summaries can be ordered by the clients' membership in different branches and so on.

Available Security Features

To prevent unauthorized modification of the processed data, it is possible to digitally sign the files from which the client records and related data are read.
The generated data for the protection of access to services may be encrypted to secure them against disclosure by an unauthorized person.
