Distribution of competencies
An elaborated system of rights and transaction limits allows precise distribution of the
competencies of application users by their status in the company. Users can be placed in user
groups with the same rights and limits, thereby facilitating their administration.
Flexibility towards corporate processes
Diversification of transaction operations in combination with the system of rights and
limits allows the setting up of the transaction-request process in the application to match already
established or planned corporate processes. It is possible, for instance, to determine whether a
user may submit a payment order on his/her own or whether the order requires the approval of
another employee, including the amount by which the right is limited.
Task management
OfficeLine 3.1 Corporate Banking allows the distribution of tasks among users through a
system of message (transaction) delegation to another user. This allows each user to view the list
of transactions that have been delivered to them for review, signing, sending, etc.
