Basic technology
OfficeLine 3.5 enables the differentiation of two methods for processing messages (submitted transactions) sent via the
OfficeLine Corporate Banking module (Corporate Banking or Homebanking distribution channel):

The same as in
OfficeLine 3.0: Upon being received in the server, the message is prepared for processing (transferred to the bank's system).

New possibility: Upon being received in the server, the message waits for approval; otherwise it will not be prepared for processing (transferred to the banking system).
Approved messages can be performed by the client (a user other than that who originally sent the message) using the
OfficeLine WWW module (Internet Banking distribution channel) or via the
OfficeLine PDA module (PDA Banking distribution channel).
Security
The possibility to send messages for approval is conditioned by authorization which can be granted in the client application. Such authorization can apply to a one-time amount limit (in which case this is valid only for transactions up to a set limit).
Approved transactions are subject to the same security rules as the entry of a new transaction:

Access to an operation is conditioned by the logging-in of an electronic banking user (managing clerk).

An operation can require transaction authorization by means of an authorization mechanism.

An operation can be restricted by a daily limit (depending on the set-up of the OfficeLine security model and the managing clerk's limit).
