In order for banks to deliver identification (and security) data to clients by using pre-produced mailers, the bank must ensure:

production of the mailers (or entrust A && L soft with this operation),

the distribution of mailers to electronic banking sales outlets,

administrative processes joined with delivery of the mailer to the client,

the reconveyance of information on the assignment of the mailer to the client at the OfficeLine workplace (this does not concern the case when a workstation installed at the sales outlet is used for assigning a mailer to a client),

the assignment of mailers to clients in OfficeLine on the basis of information from electronic banking sales outlets.
An additional prerequisite for using mailers is the bank's specifying of data which is to be delivered to clients in the form of mailers and establishing a procedure for working with mailers. This procedure for working with mailers must include even a description of situations in which the need to deliver a mailer to a client can arise (for example, granting a new client access to electronic banking, changing identification data, or unblocking access to electronic banking).
