OfficeLine 3.5 offers an additional tool for the processing of so-called "mailers" – envelopes which contain clients' identification (and security) data. This tool brings new possibilities for the production of mailers and their distribution to clients, who can ensure the complete optimization of related processes in a range of cases.
Until now it has been possible to produce mailers only for those clients who are already present in the system. Now, however, mailers can be produced even in advance, independent of client records, and then assigned to clients.
Mailer distribution without an interlink
Pre-produced mailers can also be pre-distributed to electronic banking sales outlets. It is therefore possible to provide the client with a mailer (upon signing the appropriate agreement) at the moment he or she sets up electronic banking. In this way, the mailer distribution interlink (mail) is eliminated.
