OfficeLine 3.5 offers the possibility to secure through encryption e-mail attachments which the OfficeLine E-mail module sends to clients. At present, OfficeLine 3.5 supports encryption through the use of PGP (Pretty Good Privacy) technology using RSA keys. It is possible, by agreement, to implement encryption using other technology.

Prerequisites of implementation

In addition to using the OfficeLine e-mail module, the following prerequisites must be met in order for the client to be sent e-mails with encrypted attachments (this applies in the case of encryption using PGP technology with RSA keys):
a secured mechanism for transferring the public part of the client's RSA key to the bank (including registration of the key),

a client-generated RSA key for securing e-mail attachments, and the delivery of the key's public part to the bank,

the client must be equipped with an application for decrypting files that have been encrypted using PGP; the PGP freeware application will suffice for the client's needs.
