OfficeLine 3.5 uses a revised list of user rights. The new list of rights enables the more exact specification of users' access to records on the basis of their significance for security and cover of competency, especially those users of OfficeLine who:
 perform system administration,

  perform client management,

use client records for the purpose of providing services to clients (for example, Call Center operators).
Examples of authorization profiles:
system administrator who can perform any change in the system configuration, but doesn't have access to static keys, passwords, or clients' private data (account balances, etc.),

client manager who can perform only limited changes in the configuration, and doesn't have access to static keys, passwords, or clients' private data (account balances, etc.),

operator who can perform only limited changes in the configuration, and doesn't have access to static keys or passwords, but can view some private data (for example, account balances).

Prerequisites for implementation

OfficeLine 3.5 preserves the same set of user rights as found in OfficeLine 3.0. However, this set has been expanded with new rights. Use of these new rights requires a new definition of user competencies, according to which it is necessary to set up user accounts or create appropriate user profiles.
