OfficeLine 3.5 allows the use of clients' identifiers which were originally assigned to them in other systems. Thanks to this, a client's original identifier (for logging in to the system, for example) can continue to be used following the transfer of the client's record to OfficeLine.

Prerequisites of implementation

External identifiers can be read in OfficeLine using the OfficeLine ACM module. The prerequisite is the bank's design of the logic for processing identifiers and the possibility of transferring the identifiers from an external system into OfficeLine (through the corresponding interface).
