The account maintenance solution in OfficeLine 3.0 allowed clients, with the use of the records of persons, to define access for more managing clerks to the clients' accounts. An individual daily limit for access to the account could be set up in OfficeLine 3.0 for each person.
With regard to the original designation of persons in OfficeLine 3.0 and later development, the selective access of a client's accounts by a managing clerk is not possible, nor is the setting up of access of managing clerks to the accounts of more clients, and so on. OfficeLine 3.0 also does not enable the client to perform the set-up of access of managing clerks to accounts alone through a distribution channel.
OfficeLine 3.5 comes with these functions and more.
OfficeLine 3.5 offers account owners – electronic banking clients – these new possibilities for managing their accounts:
access to an account (and to allowed services) by random managing clerks,

detailed set-up of access rights, daily and one-time limits for individual managing clerks for work with the account,

the possibility to define rights of access of managing clerks to each account independent of other accounts,

the possibility to set up access to an account via electronic banking distribution channels (especially Internet Banking, PDA Banking a WAP Banking).
