The growing diversity of electronic banking services has lead to the need for corresponding diversification in the area of their charging. OfficeLine 3.5 therefore offers a special fee module which ensures the charging of services according to the needs of the operator and even includes a tool for the easy auditing of fees.
The fee module is a universal tool intended for the enforcement of active business policy within the framework of electronic banking systems. Its use is ordinarily focused on the areas shown below.
Charging of electronic banking distribution channelsThe module enables generation of fees for the use of electronic banking system distribution channels, including:
Charging of active banking operations An additional capability offered by the module is the generation of fees for a client-scheduled transaction or information sent to the client at his or her request, including the possibility of:
Charging of administrative services Among the capabilities of the module can even be found the charging of administrative services, such as making a distribution channel accessible, or denying access to a distribution channel, blocking or unblocking access to electronic banking, and similar tasks.

Auditing of fees by the client The client may, at any time, receive a summary of fees provided via Internet Banking, PDA Banking, or Corporate Banking (Homebanking).
