The growing diversity of electronic banking services has lead to the need for corresponding diversification in the area of their charging. OfficeLine 3.5 therefore offers a special fee module which ensures the charging of services according to the needs of the operator and even includes a tool for the easy auditing of fees.
The fee module is a universal tool intended for the enforcement of active business policy within the framework of electronic banking systems. Its use is ordinarily focused on the areas shown below.

Charging of electronic banking distribution channels

The module enables generation of fees for the use of electronic banking system distribution channels, including:
differentiation of fee amounts according to the distribution channels,

differentiation of fee amounts according to clients (individually for a client, according to groups of clients),

setting a period of regular charging,

 extraordinary generation of fees.

Charging of active banking operations

An additional capability offered by the module is the generation of fees for a client-scheduled transaction or information sent to the client at his or her request, including the possibility of:
differentiation of fee amounts according to the individual types of transactions or types of information,

differentiation of client fee amounts (individually for a client, according to groups of clients),

differentiation of fee amounts depending on the total volume of the operation (by setting an interval of the number of the given type of operation and the fee amount for the given interval),

setting a period of regular charging,

 extraordinary generation of fees.

Charging of administrative services

Among the capabilities of the module can even be found the charging of administrative services, such as making a distribution channel accessible, or denying access to a distribution channel, blocking or unblocking access to electronic banking, and similar tasks.
Also in the case of the charging of administrative services, it is possible:
to differentiate the amount of fees according to individual types of services,

to differentiate the amount of client fees (individually for clients, according to groups of clients),

to set a period of regular charging,

to perform extraordinary generation of fees.

Auditing of fees by the client

The client may, at any time, receive a summary of fees provided via Internet Banking, PDA Banking, or Corporate Banking (Homebanking).

Auditing of fees by the operator

The electronic banking operator can monitor the status of fees through statistics generated by the module.
