Basic Technology
An intranet station communicates with OfficeLine via a secured channel in the internet environment. The operation of all functions is ensured using a web application which can be made to order.
Security
The web application doesn't store any data locally on a station, and so the use of intranet stations is possible even under conditions where it is difficult to limit physical access to the computers.
Access to OfficeLine is available to users of intranet stations (bank employees) only through intranet stations. User identification is handled using an identifier and an authentication code generated using an authentication calculator. Access authorization of users is defined similarly to that of other users: with an assigned authorization profile, or individually set up authorization.
Communication between intranet stations and OfficeLine is secured using encryption and authentication of the communicating parties at the
SSL base.
24/7 Regime
The operation of intranet stations does not depend on access to the bank's system: when the system is inaccessible, OfficeLine processes all requests on the basis of data stored in its database.
Client zones and Call Centers can therefore operate in a 24/7 regime.
