Principle of OfficeLine Statistics Module Operation

The method of data collection and classification can be fully configured. The user defines a statistic information template and determines its relation to certain objects, or event (the information is updated when a certain web page or IVR menu is used, when the monitored type of service is requested, when a certain type of transaction is entered, etc.) When using OfficeLine in the banking sector, it is for instance possible to combine data on several types of payment orders, differentiating the distribution channels through which they were submitted. By a separate operation, the collected data can be further processed (e.g. ordered or divided into groups) and adjusted to a required format (usually CSV) suitable for processing in other specialized software.
