OfficeLine PGI is used to connect an OfficeLine system to a payment portal. The function of a payment portal is to intermediate a client's payments for the chosen goods from an account that the client has opened in a bank connected to the payment portal. This allows the client to execute an electronic payment right during a visit to a store (the payment portal can be connected to a "regular" as well as electronic store). Typically, the payment portal can be used to intermeditate payments for goods that a client buys in an e-shop over the Internet.
OfficeLine PGI allows to address clients that are interested in buying goods using a fast and secure method of credit transfer with electronic means, especially in the Internet environment (in an Internet shop).

Principle of OfficeLine PGI Module Operation

On one hand, OfficeLine PGI serves as an on-line interface between a bank and a payment portal, and, on the other hand, it delivers data to the banking system for further processing in a standard way. OfficeLine PGI ensures the authentication of clients and payments including the check of money on the accounts. The check of money on the account, as well as the delivery of transactions for further processing, can work in an off-line or on-line mode, depending on the type and current conditions of the banking system.
