OfficeLine GSM allows to execute e-banking and similar services based on GSM communication using the advantages of the SIM Toolkit technology.
Using OfficeLine SIMToolkit, it is possible to provide clients with all standard services. When used in banking, the services can include providing general information (such as an exchange list), or private information (account balances, account statements, etc.), or entering banking operations (such as a payment order, establishing a time deposit, etc.). The scope of the offer of services is limited by the capacity of a SIM card.
Integration with Other Modules
Integration with OfficeLine Fax and OfficeLine e-mail allows offering clients, within a SIM Toolkit menu, to receive an account statement or other information as a fax or e-mail message.
When connected with OfficeLine Simulator, clients can take advantage of term deposit modelling or other financial product modelling.
It also makes a good combination with OfficeLine GSM. Services that cannot be offered through OfficeLine SIM Toolkit due to the limited capacity of SIM cards then can be accessible via OfficeLine GSM.
OfficeLine SIMToolkit offers clients the opportunity to quickly enter a required operation or find the needed information with no need to use a specialized device, from virtually anywhere. Therefore, the module can be used for the implementation of an e-banking service available to the widest clientele, suitable especially for retail and medium-sized clients. The advantages of the module are the high comfort it provides to clients and its security. Principle of OfficeLine SIM Toolkit Module OperationOfficeLine SIM Toolkit ensures:
Clients submit requests using the application in the SIM card of their phone. That means they choose the required type of operation and only fill in the data with variable properties (each item is entered upon a prompt shown on the phone display). On the data entered by the client, an SMS message is automatically composed in the proper form, encrypted, and sent together with an authentication code to the other party.
To prevent any unauthorized use of the services when the phone (strictly speaking, the SIM card) gets lost, the access to the application in the SIM card is protected with a security password.
