With regard to its features, OfficeLine Corporate Banking will satisfy even the most
demanding clients, including large companies, which can make the most of its capacities.
Principle of OfficeLine Corporate Banking Module Operation
A client has installed to his or her computer the client application (the product
OfficeLine 3.0 - Klient or the product OfficeLine 3.1 Corporate Banking), which offers all
functions needed for the communication with the other party, the security of communication, and the
storage and processing of obtained data.
The client makes requests in the form of electronic messages that he or she sends to the
other party. The messages may be created manually or read from a file created with another program.
All messages that comply with the conditions for their sending (such as the presence of a digital
signature, if required for the given type of message) will be sent to the other party during the
next connection. The connection is always initiated by the client, manually or automatically
according to a chosen schedule.
The communication is bilateral, which means that during one connection with the other party
(typically a bank), the client will also receive the messages prepared for him or her.
OfficeLine Klient can run under Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows NT, Windows
2000 or Windows XP.
The service provider (bank) has installed an OfficeLine server that ensures the
verification of messages from clients, their processing, or delivery to another system for further
processing.
The connection between the client and the service provider can be established using a
common phone line, ISDN, the Internet, a public data network, and other means.
